“It’s a pleasure working with Thomasina. Our work together has spanned a breadth of projects - from collating and designing a literature review for the Southbank Centre to creating targeted mailshots and marketing for a leadership programme for diverse creatives in Yorkshire. Throughout this Thomasina always rises to the challenge- quickly adapting to different contexts and producing thoughtful and creative responses.” Lara Ratnaraja Consultant
Transforming your plans into reality.
Enabling people to make transformations, communicate and realise plans, establish brands have been key strengths throughout my working life, powered by a practical can-do approach and a strong visual aesthetic. I have 35 years’ experience in arts and event management in creative and production roles including producing, marketing, branding and promotions. I was Co-Artistic Director of the specialist mask theatre company Trading Faces and subsequently Administrative Producer at Pentabus Theatre, I have created business plans, generated marketing strategy, sold work, built audiences, developed contacts and established new income streams.
I now use that expertise and experience to offer expert marketing , event management and strategic business support services. Projects range from mentoring and supporting emerging artists, a range of marketing branding and product development issues to promotional support. "We recently worked with Thomasina as an advisor on setting up our limited company and registering as a charity. It was invaluable to work with her and have the security of having her knowledge, experience and expertise. She has a warm and approachable manner and we felt that we could ask her anything, no matter how trivial we thought it was! She is an efficient and quality driven worker- making the process of incorporation clear, quick and easy for us, we couldn’t have done it without her." Jo Gleave Co-Artistic Director Tin Box Theatre

Mentoring:
"Thomasina has been absolutely great as a mentor. She assessed our situation and listened carefully to our hopes and aspirations. From this she devised a really effective plan. In addition she has given me lots of advice and handy tips based on her years of experience. I feel like we have had very good value for money because of how well she structured the time and I feel really empowered with a new set of skills. We will definitely work with Thom again in the future." Claire Coache, Artistic Director - Open Sky |
